JOB DESCRIPTION

Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of cleaning personnel in order to ensure the smooth running of premises to agreed standards and service levels.

Essential Duties
• Supervise a team of Cleaners ensuring they know their duties and carry out their work in accordance with Company procedures and practices and health & safety regulations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment, and take corrective action.
• Recommend changes that could improve service and increase operational efficiency.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties as necessary.
• Check equipment to ensure that it is in working order.
• Inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts and re-ordering when needed, ensuring other cleaners have the supplies they need, to meet the establishments needs.
• Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, and the use and maintenance of equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned

Skills

SKILLS , EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum 5 years supervisory / management experience, preferably in commercial real estate
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
• Ability to communicate well both verbally and through writing when directing tasks
• Ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of NGKF
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and make decisions

Salary Range Language

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
