As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with professional customer service. You will complete routine rounds, communicate clearly with site contacts, and document observations in detailed reports. What You'll Do:
• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas such as lobbies, corridors, stairwells, loading areas, and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Control access by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes when required, and directing guests to appropriate destinations in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed reports on patrol observations, incidents, and unusual conditions, and report security-related and/or property concerns through the designated reporting process.

Minimum Requirements:
• Have 6+ months of security experience.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
