Reporting into Director of Operations, the Hospitality Manager will help oversee a multi‑faceted high‑volume full‑service restaurant/venue with a game component. Hospitality Managers are responsible for executing exceptional operations during shift execution, from the food we serve to the Guest service we provide in our venue. Manage hourly team members and provide them with leadership and development, while partnering closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant Director of Operations to achieve venue goals and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:
• Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game & tech and/or bar.
• Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives; inspire others to do the same.
• Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler.
• Manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility.
• Ensure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed.
• Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations.

Team Development And Management:
• Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates.
• Create, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts.
• Conduct and lead pre‑shift meetings to provide daily focus and continuous coaching and direction to hourly staff.
• Drive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback.

Guest Experience:
• Manage Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest‑centric mindset.
• Champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience.

Compliance And Safety:
• Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety.
• Ensure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates.

Required Skills And Experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full‑service restaurant; experience within a high‑volume food & beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue.
• Results driven; ability to lead/coach team to achieve business objectives/goals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams.
• Demonstrates financial acumen, strong understanding of restaurant operations.
• Tech savvy and willingness to learn new systems and tools.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This position must pass a post‑offer background check.

Preferred Skills And Experience
• Preferred certifications include ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements.
• Hospitality Degree preferred.
