Job Summary

Porters will be responsible for transporting vehicles, tools, parts, and equipment to necessary locations. This is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow into other roles.

OUR AUTOMOTIVE PORTERS/DRIVERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
β€’ Up to $19.00 per hour.

Role and Responsibilities
β€’ Customer service oriented
β€’ Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
β€’ Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations
β€’ Transport vehicles, tools, and/or customers as needed during repair process
β€’ Vehicle clean up may be required
β€’ Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership

Qualifications, Education & Experience:
β€’ Desire to learn a skilled trade
β€’ High school diploma or tech school graduate
β€’ Excellent customer service and communication skills
β€’ Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
β€’ Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision

Requirements:
β€’ Must be at least 21 years of age
β€’ Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
β€’ Ability to pass a background check
β€’ Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
β€’ Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
β€’ Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
β€’ Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
β€’ Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
β€’ May have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
β€’ Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
β€’ Required to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
