Job Title: Hookah Runner / Busser

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Hookah Runner/Busser to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing and serving hookah, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting the overall operations of the lounge. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service while assisting servers, bartenders, and management to keep the dining areas and patios in top condition.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve hookah to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Clean and maintain hookah equipment to health and safety standards
• Assist with bussing tables, cleaning the dining area, patios, and lounge spaces
• Support bartenders and servers with running food and drinks as needed
• Help maintain back-of-house cleanliness, organization, and supplies
• Assist with inventory duties and restocking hookah, bar, and cleaning supplies
• Ensure a positive guest experience by providing friendly and attentive service
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar position preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
