We are seeking skilled Warehouse MIG and TIG Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing and construction support team. This role involves handling various fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks within a warehouse environment, supporting construction projects, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, experience with diverse welding techniques, and familiarity with construction site procedures. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to complex projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Duties
β€’ Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminium, and other metals according to specifications.
β€’ Structural assemblies following blueprints and schematics.
β€’ Set up and operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
β€’ Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
β€’ Measure and align materials using tape measures, squares, and other measuring tools.
β€’ Grind, clean, and prepare metal surfaces before and after welding.
β€’ Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following company safety standards.
β€’ Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Requirements
β€’ Previous TIG and MIG welding experience required.
β€’ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
β€’ Experience working with various metals, including steel and aluminum.
β€’ Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and weld quality.
β€’ Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
β€’ All candidates must complete a welding test during the interview process to demonstrate TIG and MIG welding skills.
