Job Description
Experienced Plumber
Purpose: The purpose of an experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumber is to install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes, working with little to no supervision with a team of apprentices.

Responsibilities:
• Lead jobs, crews, projects, and apprentice plumbers
• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes
• Identify safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action
• Read blueprints, take supervisor and/or contractor instruction, and complete quality control sheets
• Make decisions on the job site, without disruption to the business or to work and job quality

Qualifications:
• Active TX Journeyman Plumbing License
• Leadership skills and the ability to empower individuals on your team
• Ability to produce quality work
• Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and project managers
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures
• Ability to follow directions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic that you display daily
• Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday
