Job Description
We are looking for a long-term, reliable partnership. We want you to focus on what you excel at while remaining your own boss and setting your own schedule. We handle the entire business side for you—including managing bookings, dealing with customers, and processing payments.

How it works: You will work as an Independent Contractor (1099). You keep your independence and your own clients, while we provide you with a steady flow of pre-screened jobs and handle all the administrative headaches.

Requirements:

2+ years of professional residential cleaning experience.

A flexible schedule and availability.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Reliable transportation

Have your own cleaning supplies

Valid insurance/willing to get one

Earnings & Contract Details:

Rate: $25 - $30 per hour.

Payment Terms: Reliable bi-weekly payments for all completed jobs.

Independence: As an Independent Contractor, you maintain full control over your methods and schedule.

Business Support: We handle all administrative tasks (marketing, booking, and billing) at no cost to you.
