Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Packer & Returns Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately, packing, and shipping customer orders, as well as processing and organizing returned merchandise. You will gain hands-on knowledge of our products and warehouse operations to ensure orders and returns are handled efficiently and correctly.

Position to be filled:
• Warehouse Packer & Returns Associate
• Full Time Monday – Friday 830am to 530pm
• This position is Non- Commission based

Warehouse Duties
• Warehouse experience in distribution centers
• Proficiency in packing, order picking
• Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory management
• Familiarity with materials handling and heavy equipment operation
• Strong skills in shipping & receiving, stocking, and quality control
• Capability to handle heavy lifting and load/unload tasks
• Must be able to stand for the entirety of the shift

RMA / Returns
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service background
• Experience in e-commerce or related field
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Process RMA for customers, vendors and manufactures
• Mange and process return inventory
