Job Description
Join our dynamic team as an Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver, specializing in freight transportation for a leading logistics provider. This role offers the exciting opportunity to operate tractor-trailers across long distances (3500 min a week in miles), As an OTR Driver, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring timely deliveries while enjoying the freedom of the open road. Pay Structure
• Solo
• Average weekly total ranges from about $1,750 to $2,000
• After 2,000 miles, additional pay per mile applies. ($0.50 a mile)
• Team
• Average weekly total ranges from about $1,760 to $1,990 per driver
• After 3,500 miles, additional per-mile pay applies. ($0.80 a mile)

Responsibilities
• Safely operate tractor-trailers, including manual transmission trucks, across regional and national routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, load details, and delivery documentation for compliance purposes.

Qualifications
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL A ) with a clean driving record (MVR).
• Tractor trailer experience (6 month’s in 1 year or 1 year in 5 years current)
• Must be able to communicate/read English without issue. No language barriers.
• Willing and able to travel to all 48 states
• Have a current DOT medical card (with expiration prior to 30 days) MedCard must be certified to the MVR
• Pass a DOT drug screening
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards (DOT).
