Job Summary
Join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver and become a vital part of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services for individuals requiring non-emergency medical travel. Duties
• Safely operate shuttle buses, paratransit vehicles, or other commercial transportation vehicles to transport patients to and from medical facilities.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with mobility challenges or special needs.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance with all transportation regulations.
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, medical staff, and passengers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition for reporting purposes.
• Ensure all transportation activities adhere to safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, attentive, and respectful to all passengers.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., commercial driver’s license or driver certification).
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting passengers or handling equipment.
• Knowledge of paratransit operations and safety procedures is a plus.
• Experience with vehicle maintenance routines or basic repairs is beneficial.
