As a Tradesman Plumber you will assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes. What You Will Do:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve plumbing problems
• Plumbing install experience
• Work with customers to determine the best solution for them; Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
• Charge and collect payments for work performed
• Document and log job in ServiceTitan (including pictures and description of work performed)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean appearance
• Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
• Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
• Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.

What You Need:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• Technically proficient with a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a service plumber
• Valid Tradesman/Journeyman Plumbing License
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self-motivation

Physical Work Requirements:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
• Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.
