Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guard to oversee the safety and security of our premises in Dallas. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the property, preventing loss, and ensuring a safe environment for staff and visitors. Previous experience in security roles. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a secure workplace while utilizing your skills in conflict management and surveillance. Receptionist experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards
• Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to oversee all areas of the property ( if applicable)
• Enforce security protocols and access control procedures for staff and visitors
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
• Document incidents accurately in reports and communicate effectively with management
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized access or misconduct
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Manage conflict situations professionally, de-escalating disputes when possible
• keeping work areas clean

Qualifications
• Prior experience in security is preferred
• Certifications such as Conflict Management are a plus
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during emergencies or conflicts
• Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and interacting with staff and visitors
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work the specified shift hours (Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
