Office Cleaner – Evening Shift

Location: Germantown, PA
Schedule: BEFORE APPLYING PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE WILLING AND AVAILABLE TO WORK THESE HOURS: Mondays from 10am-1pm and Every OTHER Friday 4pm-7pm.

About the Role

As a valued member of the Jidan Cleaning team, the Office Cleaner plays a vital role in creating a professional, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our clients. You'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of office spaces, conference rooms, break areas, and restrooms, ensuring each area reflects the high standards of quality and care Jidan Cleaning is known for.

This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to consistency. We're looking for team members who take pride in their work and understand that every clean space supports productivity, health, and morale in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins; replace liners as needed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and maintain a fresh, professional appearance.
• Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, desks, and phones.
• Clean break rooms, kitchens, and conference rooms, ensuring surfaces and appliances are spotless.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any needed repairs or supply shortages.
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions.
• Secure all doors and alarms according to client requirements upon completion of shift.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about site needs, maintenance issues, or client feedback.

Qualifications
• Must be able to meet Jidan Cleaning's background and employment eligibility standards.
• Reliable transportation required; punctuality is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially in office environments.
• Must work well independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism in appearance and conduct.
