Who YOU Are

You’re an accomplished Plumber, Master with extensive experience in designing, installing, and maintaining complex plumbing systems. Your deep understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices allows you to lead projects with confidence and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. Known for your exceptional problem-solving skills, you excel at troubleshooting intricate plumbing issues and implementing effective solutions.

What You WILL DO

In the role of Master Plumber your duties will include:
• Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
• Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
• Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
• Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
• Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
• Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
• Other duties as required

This is a contingent position based upon contract award and will be located OCONUS

REQUIREMENTS:
• Requires a SECRET security clearance with the ability to be upgraded to TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Master Plumber’s license
• Backflow Testing Certification from a CONUS jurisdiction
• Eight (8) years of experience in trade and building maintenance, two (2) of which are in a lead or supervisory role.
• Must have knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
• Must have ability to read blueprints and perform material take-offs from prints
• Effective Leadership and Communication skills.
• A willingness to work rotational shift if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well as overtime, weekends and holidays are required.
