Job Description
We are seeking exceptional Security Guards to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.

This is a flex-roster to start then part-time position to full-time in Los Angeles. We have several new accounts starting and always offer those shifts (part and full time) to proven flex roster men and women first.

We have several Southern California locations with different SOPs. Several are predominantly a static post dealing with access control and site security.

This position requires a BSIS Guard Card AND

an Exposed Weapons Permit. Please have copies of these available upon request.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€’ Keeping the site, materials, staff and patrons safe.
β€’ Monitor premises as a visual deterrent to theft, violence, and/or infractions of rules
β€’ Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
β€’ Enforce premise rules and regulations
β€’ Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes to Chain of Command
β€’ Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
β€’ Multi-tasking, prioritizing and completing tasks in an organized, efficient and effective manner.
β€’ Safeguarding and maintaining highly sensitive and confidential information.
β€’ Safeguarding individuals and property from all forms of security and safety hazards.
β€’ Responding to alarms/fire/panic calls immediately and promptly securing the safety and security of human life and physical property.
β€’ Strictly adhering to SOPs.
β€’ Writing reports.
β€’ Conducting thorough investigations and preparing written documentation regarding non-routine incidents with incident reports, pictures and witness statements.

REQUIREMENTS:
β€’ Minimum of 1 year of full-time uniformed security experience preferred.
β€’ Law Enforcement, Military and/or National Guard experience preferred
β€’ Valid driver’s license.
β€’ BSIS Guard Card – Required for all positions
β€’ BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit – Required for Armed Positions
β€’ CPR certification preferred.
