Controller Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a Controller team of 6–8 (mentorship + development)
• Oversee full-cycle, multi-entity, multi-state accounting
• Own Controller-level month-end close + financial reporting
• Drive inventory and cost accounting across locations
• Provide cash flow forecasting and insights to leadership
• Implement and refine Controller SOPs + internal controls
• Partner with operations + executive leadership
• Support audit processes and compliance
• Oversee ERP systems and financial workflows

Controller Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• REQUIRED: Restaurant / hospitality Controller experience
• Proven experience managing Controller or accounting teams (6+)
• Strong hands-on Controller-level accounting background
• Experience in multi-state / multi-entity environments
• ERP experience (R365, Odoo, or similar) preferred
• CPA or pursuing is a plus
• Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus
