Inventory & Packaging Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and organized Inventory & Packaging Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations and supervise a team of 6 employees in a fast-paced food production environment.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and support a team of 6 employees
• Manage inventory levels, product tracking, and packaging operations
• Ensure accuracy of inventory counts and reporting
• Work closely with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines
• Use Excel, inventory systems, and mobile apps efficiently
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the department
• Monitor employee performance and productivity
• Complete projects and assignments within established timelines
• Assist in improving workflow and operational efficiency

Qualifications
• Previous inventory experience in food and packaging required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and inventory management apps/systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Ability to accept constructive criticism and apply feedback professionally

COMPENSATION
• $28 - $32 per hour
• Health Benefits
• 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year (Accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked subject to an 80 hour cap)
