Job Description
Duties

Overview
A do it all kind of fabrication shop, work will vary depending on skill set. We could be doing stainless exhaust on a exotic car or building steel enclosers for ac units. some jobs will require critical thinking on wire routing and plumbing of lines.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and machining equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts accurately..
• Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure proper fit and alignment according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols related to welding, rigging, machining, and construction site practices.

Requirements
• Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety procedures in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in MIG welding, TIG welding, plasma cutting techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, and machining equipment.
• Knowledge of rigging operations including crane use for lifting heavy materials safely.
• Mechanical knowledge
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for precise fabrication work.
• Experience working with schematics and technical documentation in manufacturing settings.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
