Job Description
Dream Cleaned Services is a locally operated cleaning company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and we're currently expanding our crew for commercial accounts, offices, medical facilities, retail spaces, and warehouses across DFW.

This is a direct-hire position with our company (not a staffing agency). We're looking for dependable people who take pride in their work and want a flexible schedule that fits their life.

What the work looks like: You'll clean commercial properties on a scheduled route; mostly evening and night shifts, so this works well as a primary job or second income. Hours range from 10 to 30 per week depending on your availability and the accounts we assign.

Compensation: Base pay is $15–$20/hr depending on your background. Cleaners who take on post-construction or deep-clean jobs earn bonus pay on top of that. We also offer performance bonuses tied to client feedback scores. Payroll runs weekly.

What we're looking for:
• Your own reliable vehicle (job sites vary across DFW)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Some cleaning experience is preferred, but we'll train candidates who are a strong fit
• Basic English communication skills

What's different about working here: We're a growing local business, not a franchise or temp agency. Our crew gets real scheduling flexibility, direct communication with management, and a path to move into lead or supervisor roles as we grow. We keep our team small enough that you're not just a number.

To apply: Text your name and the city you're based in to 817-710-2656, or reply directly to this posting. We respond the same day and schedule interviews within the week.

Job type: Part-time / Full-time / Contract Schedule: Weekdays and weekends | Morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts available Location: On-site at client locations across Dallas-Fort Worth (commute required).

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Benefits:
• Flexible schedule
• Opportunities for advancement

Work Location: In person
