Description:

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Full-time Security Officer to join our team! Job Title: Security Officer

Schedule: Part Time

Shift: Day Shift, 2:00pm – 8:00pm AM Monday through Friday

(flexibility to work rotating schedules when needed)

As a Security Officer you will
β€’ The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property. Is responsible for fire prevention and initial response measures.
β€’ Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment.
β€’ Has oversight of the SOC (Security Operations Center)
β€’ Handles Duties associated with the Operation of Metal Detector and Wanding.

Minimum Qualifications:
β€’ HS graduate or equivalent required
β€’ 1-year previous security experience required
β€’ 1 year of hospital-based experience highly preferred.
β€’ Valid driver’s license required.
β€’ Clean Driving Record Required
β€’ Must get fingerprints and Child Abuse Clearance during the hiring process
