Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
Shifts: To be determined (overnight and/or day coverage as scheduled)
Position Overview

Strategic Security Corp is seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to provide safety and customer service support at a McDonald’s location in Far Rockaway Beach, New York. The guard will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for customers, employees, and property by performing regular patrols, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct interior patrols throughout the McDonald’s restaurant to maintain visibility and deter disturbances or unwanted behavior.
• Monitor activity, identify suspicious or unsafe behavior, and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Follow all company policies, site post orders, and safety/security regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
• Complete incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
• Assist law enforcement or emergency personnel when needed.

Requirements
• Must hold a valid New York security guard license (required by state law).
• Prior security or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay alert and observant in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
