Job Summary

GC HALL LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Technician / Warehouse Packer to support our material handling and assembly operations in Katy. This role is a hybrid of warehouse logistics and light technical assembly. You will be responsible for accurately picking components, packing orders for shipment, and assisting with basic assembly tasks to ensure our customers receive high-quality equipment on time.

Core Responsibilities
• Picking & Packing: Accurately pull parts (including rails, cables, and small components) from inventory using RF scanners and prepare them for safe shipment.
• Technical Assembly: Assist in the basic assembly and kitting of product lines according to technical drawings and project specifications.
• Shipping/Receiving: Verify inbound deliveries against purchase orders and document any discrepancies in the system.
• Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain organized bins in the small parts and warehouse areas.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect parts for defects or damage before packing to ensure they meet GC HALL LLC’s strict quality and performance standards.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace; adhere to all warehouse and facility safety protocols.

Requirements
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or production environment.
• Technical Aptitude: Comfort using basic hand tools and the ability to follow technical assembly instructions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms is a major plus.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
