Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant CCW Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, staff, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents as they arise. The Security Agent's main role is ensuring the safety of all individuals on site and have outstanding concerige experience.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and calls for assistance, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports for review by management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing information and support during investigations.
• Implement conflict management techniques to de-escalate potentially volatile situations effectively.

Qualifications
• Current and valid Carry Concealed Weapon Permit from BSIS
• Current and valid Guard Card from BSIS and valid state ID/DL
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of surveillance
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HIPAA is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
