We are seeking an experienced Material Handler to support Data Center production operations by maintaining the flow of materials from receiving through production and shipping. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, timely material movement, and supporting mission‑critical build schedules in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing lists

Pull and transact materials in the MRP/business system

Deliver materials to Data Center production work centers and staging areas to meet build deadlines

Package and prepare finished products for shipment

Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate root causes

Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

Support FIFO practices and Kanban systems

Create serialization labels and manage customer consigned inventory

Assist with training new material handlers

Operate material handling equipment (forklift experience a plus)

Qualifications

3-5 years of material handling or inventory experience

Experience with MRP systems required

Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills

Ability to lift and move materials safely
