seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential threats are addressed promptly. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in loss prevention and conflict management while providing excellent customer service.

Duties
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent disturbances.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary, ensuring the well-being of individuals in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or investigations.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in daily reports.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or fraud activities.
• Manage conflicts effectively, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
• Knowledge of surveillance equipment (CCTV) and conflict management strategies.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
