Responsibilities:
• Supervision of all Plumbing activities.
• Hiring, Training and Leadership of Plumbing Team Members.
• A Champion of leading a dynamic Sales Culture with a Growth Mindset.
• Conducts individual and departmental Performance Reviews.
• Ability to hold others accountable to company policies and procedures.
• Handles all Customer related Requests, Concerns, etc.
• Able to Create, Establish and Maintain a Safe Work Environment

REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of Plumbing Management Experience in skilled trades or similar industry.
• Residential Plumbing Experience Preferred.
• Exceptional sales and business acumen.
• Demonstrate a great attitude and the ability to communicate effectively to a multitude of individuals consistently.
• The ability to hold yourself and your team accountable to achieve company goals.
• A forward thinker with the ability to embrace growth and change.
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of computer systems and software.

Pay Transparency:

The annual salary/hourly pay opportunity for this role ranges from$80k-$120K The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
