Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will act as a primary technical troubleshooter, resolving everything from simple issues to high-stakes plumbing failures for leading commercial facilities across the region. This role empowers you to work independently with a modern, well-equipped company vehicle while representing a brand with 25 years of Southern California excellence. You will make a tangible impact by restoring critical services and delivering superior technical solutions to our diverse client base.

How You Will Make an Impact
• Diagnose and repair simple to complex commercial plumbing systems and fixtures to ensure 100% operational efficiency for clients.
• Execute precise troubleshooting for diverse building technologies, ranging from high-capacity drain systems to intricate supply lines.
• Manage onsite service calls independently, providing expert technical advice and high-quality workmanship under pressure.
• Communicate technical issues and repair requirements clearly to clients to ensure transparency and high satisfaction.
• Maintain a meticulously organized service vehicle and inventory to ensure rapid response times for emergency repairs.
• Operate safely in specialized environments, including confined spaces and elevated heights exceeding 10 feet.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in commercial plumbing repair and service.
• Proven expertise in servicing and repairing all varieties of commercial-grade plumbing systems.
• Valid California Class C driver's license with a record that supports operating company vehicles.
• Active OSHA 10 certification for construction and service safety.
• Strong physical ability to work in varying weather and site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial mechanical and plumbing schematics.
• Previous experience managing a mobile service route with high autonomy.
