Job Description
Position Overview

We are seeking energetic, hands-on Assistant Managers to join a well-established, high-volume casual dining restaurant concept known for its strong culture, long-tenured teams, and consistent operational systems.

This is a true all-around leadership role responsible for both FOH and BOH operations, with full accountability for guest experience, team performance, and daily execution. Managers are expected to be highly visible, floor-driven leaders who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

All hires begin in a structured Manager-in-Training (MIT) program, designed to develop full operational mastery and long-term leadership capability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
β€’ Oversee daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH
β€’ Ensure smooth service execution during high-volume periods
β€’ Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder
β€’ Maintain operational consistency across assigned locations

Team Management & Development
β€’ Lead, coach, and develop teams of 60–80 employees per location
β€’ Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members

β€’ Foster a positive, high-energy, guest-first culture

Guest Experience
β€’ Maintain a strong presence on the floor during all shifts
β€’ Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered

Financial & Operational Controls

Schedule Expectations
