Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Plumber/Journeyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, construction practices, and mechanical systems, with the ability to perform complex installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and residential projects. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction standards to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.

Duties
β€’ Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in various construction and remodeling projects
β€’ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
β€’ Perform welding, pipe threading, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools
β€’ Conduct construction estimating for project planning and resource allocation
β€’ Utilize construction site experience to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
β€’ Execute HVAC-related tasks as needed, including system maintenance and repairs
β€’ Perform heavy lifting and mechanical work involving carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance tasks
β€’ Operate commercial vehicles for field service or project transportation when required
β€’ Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot plumbing or mechanical issues
β€’ Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications
β€’ Valid Master Plumber/Journeyman license or equivalent certification
β€’ Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related fields
β€’ Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machines
β€’ Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical systems
β€’ Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
β€’ Familiarity with HVAC systems, remodeling processes, carpentry, and general maintenance work
β€’ Basic math skills for measurements and calculations in project planning
β€’ Experience with field service operations and commercial driving preferred
β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in complex installations or repairs
