General Description

Blue Ox Moving and Storage is currently hiring Packing Specialists (Movers/Packers) to become a part of a growing organization. Hours vary based on workload. Pay is based on experience with great earning potential, PLUS TIPS!

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to professionally pack and protect customers' belongings. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Valid Texas driver's license preferred. Experience is a plus, but not requiredwe will train the right person.

Responsibilities

Pack household items safely and efficiently (kitchenware, glass, furniture, etc.)

Label and inventory items accurately

Protect customer belongings with proper materials

Work as part of a team to deliver a great customer experience

Minimum Requirements

High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Valid Texas driver's license preferred

Moving/packing experience preferred but not required

Able to move furniture and lift at least 70lbs

Ability to successfully engage with customers face to face while on the job

Must be professional and respectful at all times

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening and background check
