Essential Job Function

Assist the Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including the preparation of hot and cold foods, maintaining the highest food and sanitation standards, and running the kitchen in the Executive Chef’s absence. We are looking for someone who wants leadership and will take charge in this role.

Responsibilities:
