Location: Whitestone, NY (must be willing to travel to job sites)

Pay: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 20–40 hours per week

About the Role

Empire State Plumbing & Heating is hiring a Journeyman Plumber to join our team. We’re looking for reliable, experienced individuals ready to handle both service work and installations.

Responsibilities
β€’ Perform jobbing/service work (repairs, troubleshooting, maintenance)
β€’ Assist with and/or lead plumbing installations
β€’ Work on boiler installations and systems
β€’ Handle gas service work and controls
β€’ Support all phases of plumbing (rough to finish)
β€’ Travel to various job sites

Requirements
β€’ Plumbing experience (journeyman level)
β€’ Strong knowledge of:
β€’ Jobbing/service work
β€’ Gas service
β€’ Controls
β€’ All phases of plumbing
β€’ Experience with boiler installations
β€’ Valid driver’s license- Clean record
β€’ Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
β€’ Ability to work independently and with a team
β€’ Willing to travel to Whitestone and surrounding areas
β€’ Experience using or managing a gas card is a plus
