Job Description
Studio Rental Company is seeking a part-time facilities cleaning and maintenance professional to join our team in Los Angeles. This is an evening role (work hours start after 7 pm) responsible for daily cleaning, resetting and prepping our studio spaces and gear for the next workday. Performing weekly deep cleaning as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily cleaning and organization of our Downtown LA studio locations
• Resetting all spaces to be ready for the next day's bookings, including photography equipment
• Performing weekly deep cleaning duties such as floor moping, furniture and prop scrubbing and detail cleaning of other items assigned by management
• Ensuring all lighting, ACs, and equipment are properly shut off at the end of each shift

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, janitorial, or cleaning role
• Ability to work efficiently and independently during evening/overnight hours, ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute between our several of our locations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Resident of the local Downtown area is preferred
• Teamwork
• Knowledge of English to effectively communicate with the rest of the team and management is needed.

Compensation & Schedule:
• $20/hour
• Part-time, evening shift (7 pm start time, could vary)
• Flexible schedule across 7 days per week, weekend availability

This is a perfect part-time gig for those who may already have some daytime commitments.
