We are hiring a Seasonal Field Security Supervisor to work as part of a team to support Titan Security residential accounts who have pool attendants during the summer. This position would require working weekends and 1st/2nd Shift.

Responsibilities for Field Security Supervisors include but are not limited to:
β€’ Conduct regular site visits to Titan residentail locations that provide Pool Patrol during the summer
β€’ Train team members in customer service, and complete quality assurance and compliance procedures and documentation
β€’ Monitor and coach staff, including with attendance issues, disciplinary actions, and performance appraisal and documentation
β€’ Support the HR department and Sr. Operations Manager in hiring, training, onboarding, and terminations
β€’ Respond to any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately
β€’ Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to incidents, personnel activities and account trends.
β€’ Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business which includes weekends.
β€’ Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Field Security Supervisors:
β€’ Must be at least 21 years of age.
β€’ High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
β€’ 3 years’ experience as an Unarmed or Armed Security Officer or Security Supervisor, or related experience in a customer service industry, like retail or hospitality
β€’ Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC), FOID card, and Driver’s license in good standing, including state accredited training requirements.
β€’ Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal/MVR background check.
β€’ Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
β€’ Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75+ lbs., completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
β€’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

β€’ Bi-lingual considered a plus.
