Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Industrial / Manufacturing MIG Welders for projects located in and around Milwaukee, WI. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $22/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. After 30 days, there will be a $2/hour increase based on performance, attendance, and attitude. Job Scope:
β€’ MIG Welding I-Beam Frames and Fuel Tanks using GMAW (MIG / MAG) Methods in Flat, Vertical, and Overhead Positions; Material Thickness Ranges from 10 Gauge, up to 1/2 Inch
β€’ Clamping, Holding, Tack Welding, Grinding, or Bolting Component Parts into Place using Hoists, Cranes, Wire and Banding Machines, or Hand Tools
β€’ Inspect Equipment and Products for Defects or Malfunctions

Requirements:
β€’ * Able to Pass Weld Test, Competency Test, Pre-Employment Physical, and and Drug Screen
β€’ Able to Read Blueprints and Measuring Tools
β€’ Able to Troubleshoot, Problem-Solve, and Communicate Effectively
β€’ Highly Motivated, Team-Oriented, and Detail Focused
β€’ Able to Pass Math Test involving Fractions
β€’ Full Welding PPE
β€’ Standard Tools of the Trade
