Responsibilities
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems while providing personalized recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including garnishing dishes or preparing simple items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout your shift.
• Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally, aiming to resolve issues swiftly and positively.
• Support banquet or catering events by setting up stations, serving guests, or clearing tables as required.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions.
• Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
