Join our dynamic e-commerce warehouse team as a Packing & Shipping Associate and be a vital part of delivering exceptional products to customers worldwide! Duties
• Carefully pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using provided packing materials to ensure items arrive in perfect condition
• Verify order accuracy by cross-checking items against packing slips and shipping labels
• Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified) to move products efficiently
• Label packages correctly and organize shipments for timely dispatch through various carriers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station to promote safety and efficiency
• Conduct quality checks on packed orders to minimize errors and damages before shipping
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting stock discrepancies
Experience
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or packing is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely
• Basic computer skills for logging shipments or updating inventory records are a plus
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
