Housekeeper - Evergreen

Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve the upkeep of the community’s common areas in order to enhance and maintain its appeal. The Housekeeper will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed, in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner, but not limited to, the following functions:

Cleans the office, clubroom, and restrooms daily

Cleans all vacant apartments as directed by the community manager

Cleans and maintains laundry facilities daily

Performs additional duties requested by the community manager

Equipment Use: An employee in this position must be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools. use appropriate safety equipment at all times; immediately report any unsafe conditions to supervisors; must be familiar with all safety features or equipment, machinery or materials encompassed by job duties; can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; Serving with integrity and respect in personal and organizational practices.
