What is the job about?
Residential green and non-toxic cleaning in Dallas and Collin county. We clean houses, apartments, and small offices for awesome clients that want their homes free of toxic fumes.
How much do you earn for your work?
We pay on average $18-$22/hr plus benefits.

β€’ Paid vacations (1 week - 12 months of work) (2 weeks - after 2 years of employment)
β€’ Work from Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, no evenings or holidays. You will have 6 national holidays and 5 pre-approved days for personal appointments.

β€’ Weekly ACH payment: You will receive a weekly payment (direct deposit to your bank account).
β€’ Free weekends: We do NOT work nights or weekends.

Do I work alone or in a team?
Cleaning jobs are mostly performed β€œsolo” or by 1 technician. In the event of larger jobs, you will be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to be able to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites. All of the teams are dispatched from home directly to customer locations. This is the most efficient and sustainable way!
How do I check my schedule?
We use a phone app where you can see your daily schedule. There’s no need to come to the office on a regular basis to pick up supplies.
How do I get paid?
We pay through direct deposit to your bank account. We use a digital payroll system where you will be able to see your weekly payment.

Requirements:
β€’ Over 21 years of age
β€’ Free of drugs and felonies.
β€’ Authorized to work in the US. (Citizenship, residence, work permit).
β€’ Must own a vehicle and smartphone
β€’ Valid car insurance and driver's license.
β€’ Verifiable work history + references, preferably more than 1 year old.
β€’ Availability: Monday through Friday 8 AM-5 PM.
β€’ Excellent work attitude and energy to clean houses 5 days a week.
