Responsibilities
• Perform high-quality residential and office cleaning
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, disinfecting
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
• Oven cleaning and refrigerator cleaning
• Indoor window cleaning
• Specialized services: deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, pre- and post-party cleaning, newborn-ready cleaning, regular housekeeping, maintenance cleaning, post-construction cleaning
• Identify and report safety or maintenance issues
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Use company technology and CRM systems for assignments and updates

Requirements
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (18+)
• Minimum 2+ years of paid professional residential cleaning experience
• Franchise-level professional cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Your own cleaning supplies and vacuum; ability to transport them to each job
• Liability insurance and bonding (required for all independent contractors)
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Professional appearance and polished, presentable look
• Basic communication skills in English
• Reliable transportation (required for Long Island jobs)
• Trustworthy, dependable with strong integrity and work ethic
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform all cleaning duties
• Commitment to long-term collaboration — not a temporary position
• Willingness to sign a 1099 Independent Contractor Agreement

• 2+ years of experience in high-end residential ( home ) cleaning
• Strong organizational skills and consistent punctuality
• Interest in growing into leadership roles
