Pay: Equivalent to $25–$35/hr (contractor percentage-based pay structure)

This is a contractor percentage-based pay structure, paid per job, with higher rates for deep cleans, move-outs, and recurring clients.

Contractors receive a percentage of the service fee for each job completed.
Payouts are issued weekly via direct deposit.

Position Overview

We’re looking for experienced, detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our team as 1099 independent contractors.

Responsibilities
• Perform residential cleanings (standard, deep, move-in/move-out)
• Follow RESET Cleaning checklists and quality standards
• Bring your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients and the RESET team
• Handle all homes with care, respect, and reliability

Requirements

To be considered, you must:
• Have 1+ year residential cleaning experience
• Have reliable transportation
• Own your basic cleaning supplies
• Carry (or be willing to obtain) liability insurance
• Have a smartphone with data
• Be able to pass a background check
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be comfortable working as a 1099 contractor
• Be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
• Be able to provide photos of previous cleaning work
