As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail and entertainment location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and team members with clear communication and customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license and meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements. Responsibilities
• Provide customer service to guests and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail and entertainment areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor entrances, activity areas, and common spaces to help identify potential security-related concerns; communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, and/or suspicious activity; request assistance from local responders when needed.
• Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and guest interactions; maintain clear communication via radio and/or phone with the site team.

Requirements
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
