About the Role:

The Cleaner plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all employees and visitors at our corporate facility. This position involves performing a variety of janitorial duties that ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of indoor (and outdoor where requested) spaces. The Cleaner will be responsible for floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Additionally, the role requires adherence to safety procedures while operating machinery and using cleaning chemicals. Ultimately, the Cleaner contributes to the overall aesthetic and functional quality of the workplace, promoting a positive atmosphere for productivity.

Location(s) & Compensation:
• 7237- LC- Brooklyn, NY.: Flat Rate Pay of $20.00 wages per clean plus $10.00 gas incentive pre clean. Site is cleaned 6 days per week, Monday thru Saturday between 4:30 PM and 11:00PM. (NO SUNDAY WORK PERMITTED).

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable Transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning roles.
• Floor care experience & Floor care machine knowledge a plus
• Window cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of office spaces, exam rooms, restrooms, and common areas.

• Empty Trash
• Restocking Paper Products
• Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness and safety.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds regularly
• Bend, stretch, twist, reach above head, squat, walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs
