Fabrication Welder – Structural & MIG Welding

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $23+/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced Fabrication Welder for a fabrication shop in the Houston area. This role focuses on structural and MIG welding for metal fabrication projects. Candidates should be comfortable working from drawings, handling fabrication tools, and producing quality welds in a shop environment.

What You’ll Do
• Perform MIG welding on structural steel and fabricated components
• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications
• Cut, fit, tack, and assemble metal parts for fabrication projects
• Inspect welds for quality and accuracy
• Operate fabrication tools and basic shop equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
