No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction within the past 5 years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. No positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDL-A/CLP.
