UNIFORMED SECURITY– Experience preferred, but not necessary – WE WILL TRAIN individuals who have the desire and motivation to be a successful loss prevention officer.

Primary Responsibilities:
β€’ Detection, apprehension, and deterrence of potential Customer/Associate theft activity using in-store surveillance equipment and by walking the floor, that would otherwise result in a loss to company assets
β€’ Assist in promoting, monitoring and implementing compliance policies and procedures related to theft prevention, safety, and inventory control
β€’ Complete all incident/investigation reports and any required paperwork related to theft
β€’ Must have the ability to attend all court hearings (compensated for time)

Minimum Qualifications:
β€’ Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening
β€’ Must possess a Private Security License or the ability to obtain one before starting (with our assistance)
β€’ Must work well under pressure and exercise good judgment
β€’ Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work well both independently and as a team
β€’ Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
β€’ Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including Holidays
β€’ Basic working knowledge or retail policies and procedures is preferred
β€’ Willingness to rotate within a group of locations
β€’ Must be hardworking, self-motivated and punctual
β€’ Eligible to work in the U.S.
