Job Description
Overview:
• Join our team as a Plumber Technician to perform essential repair and maintenance on a variety of plumbing systems, including fire systems, irrigation systems, filtration and chlorination systems, and drainage systems.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of park facilities, including irrigation systems, sinks, storm drains, underground water lines, piping, quick couplers, valves, compressed air lines, sanitary sewer, natural gas lines, bathroom fixtures, and restaurant fixtures.
• Conduct daily inspections of restroom facilities, making necessary repairs to toilets and sinks, and unclogging as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on pumps and motors to ensure optimal operation.
• Engage in various duties, including ditch digging, troubleshooting, shop and area clean-up, and driving company vehicles and equipment for special projects or events.
• Install new fixtures and fabricate necessary items; prepare pipes for new usages.
• Be cross-trained to perform basic diagnostics on kitchen and HVAC equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support the team and operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of experience in plumbing repair and maintenance.
• Experience with water park equipment is an advantage; CPO certification is a plus.
• A valid State Plumbing license is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and adapt to changing environments.
• Must have the physical capacity to carry out job duties, including climbing heights exceeding 150 ft., working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must possess your own tools and equipment for assigned tasks.
• A valid Driver's License is essential.
