Pick and Pack Specialist / Packaging Team Member SKX LLC Distribution Pine Plains, NY Full-Time Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM About the Role SKX LLC Distribution is hiring a Pick and Pack Specialist to join our Order Fulfillment team in Pine Plains, NY.You will work closely with our Inventory Manager and Distribution Team to pick, pack, and organize orders for delivery drivers, while also supporting finished product packaging operations as needed.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, repetitive work, takes pride in accuracy, and can stay focused in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Some days are steady and repetitive; others are deadline-driven depending on delivery schedules.Pick & Pack Responsibilities Use Pick lists to locate (pick) and pack specific quantities of inventory for each sales order, and organize packed orders for delivery drivers.Verify order accuracy by matching items and quantities to pick lists and package tags.Precision is essential.Coordinate with the Inventory Manager and Distribution Team throughout the fulfillment process.Assist with locating and packing visual merchandise as indicated on pick lists.Support inventory replenishment and organization of supplies.Safely lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.Packaging Team Responsibilities On designated packaging days, you will assist with:Labeling products and/or product packaging.Filling products as directed.Organizing packaged inventory for distribution.General Duties Assist team members across all areas of the warehouse with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties.Maintain a tidy and organized workspace at all times.Support overall warehouse organization and readiness for incoming and outgoing orders.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required.Must be 21 years of age or older.Warehouse, fulfillment, packing, retail stockroom, or inventory experience preferred but not required.Training provided for the right candidate.Ability to lift 25-50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately for extended periods.Ability to follow directions closely and work well within a small team.Reliable transportation, consistent attendance, and punctuality are essential.This role depends on orders being packed accurately and on schedule every day.Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.What We're Looking For We are looking for a fast learner who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to become part of a small team where each person's work directly affects daily operations.Pay:$21.50 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
