Job Description
Looking to hire a Residential Plumbing Technician to join our team. Necessary skills to include basic residential rough ins, water heater replacements, boiler repairs, gas pipe fitting, fixture swapping and general repairs

Someone, who has the motivation to do this job, but who is also capable of making their own decisions and taking ownership over their daily activities.

Responsibilities:
• Installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems in residential applications
• Knowledge and experience of the tools, equipment, and materials common to the plumbing trade
• Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes
• Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components
• Perform inspections of plumbing systems and be able to fix any problems
• Document work completed with pictures and notes

Requirements:
• MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE**
• Must have your own vehicle to get to the job location**
• Knowledge of current regulations and code within the plumbing field
• 3 years of plumbing under a licensed plumber
• Must be able to install repair, and perform maintenance on all types of plumbing systems
